Ingredients

  1. Check 1 baguette
  2. Check 2tablespoons Dijon mustard
  3. Check 4ounces thinly sliced prosciutto or salami
  4. Check 4ounces Asiago, Parmesan, or some other hard cheese, sliced
  5. Check 1 12-ounce jar roasted red peppers, halved

Directions

  1. Slice the baguette in half horizontally.
  2. Spread the bottom half with the mustard and layer with the prosciutto, cheese, and red peppers.
  3. Sandwich with the top of the bread and cut crosswise into 4 sandwiches.
