Prosciutto and Gorgonzola Crostini

Makes 12
Ingredients
- 6 thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise
- 12 thin slices baguette
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 apple, cut into matchsticks
- 2 ounces Gorgonzola, cut into 12 pieces
Directions
- Brush the baguette slices with the oil and bake at 375º F until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Top with the prosciutto, apple, and Gorgonzola.
