Ingredients

thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise

thin slices baguette
1/2
tablespoon
olive oil
1/2 apple, cut into matchsticks

ounces
Gorgonzola, cut into 12 pieces

Directions

  1. Brush the baguette slices with the oil and bake at 375º F until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Top with the prosciutto, apple, and Gorgonzola.
