Ingredients

  1. Check 6 thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise
  2. Check 12 thin slices baguette
  3. Check 1/2tablespoon olive oil
  4. Check 1/2 apple, cut into matchsticks
  5. Check 2ounces Gorgonzola, cut into 12 pieces

Directions

  1. Brush the baguette slices with the oil and bake at 375º F until golden, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Top with the prosciutto, apple, and Gorgonzola.
