Ingredients

  1. Check 6 thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise
  2. Check 1/2cup canned white beans, rinsed
  3. Check 2tablespoons chopped roasted red pepper
  4. Check 6 thinly sliced basil leaves
  5. Check 1tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  1. Press 1 piece of prosciutto into each cup of a mini muffin tin, allowing some overhang. Bake at 375º F until crisp, 12 to 15 minutes.
  2. Toss the beans, red pepper, basil, and oil; season with salt and pepper and divide among the cups.
