Ingredients

thin slices prosciutto, halved crosswise

canned white beans, rinsed

tablespoons
chopped roasted red pepper

thinly sliced basil leaves

olive oil

Directions

  1. Press 1 piece of prosciutto into each cup of a mini muffin tin, allowing some overhang. Bake at 375º F until crisp, 12 to 15 minutes.
  2. Toss the beans, red pepper, basil, and oil; season with salt and pepper and divide among the cups.
