Ingredients

  1. Check 1/3 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
  2. Check 1cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
  3. Check 3tablespoons red wine vinegar
  4. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  5. Check 1teaspoon sugar
  6. Check 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
  7. Check freshly ground black pepper
  8. Check frozen Chili Sauce, thawed
  9. Check 2 frozen pork tenderloins, thawed and sliced
  10. Check 8 sandwich rolls
  11. Check 5 small tomatoes or plum tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cabbage, cilantro, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and a few grinds of pepper. 
  2. Heat the Chili Sauce in the microwave or in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Divide the pork among the rolls. Top each with some Chili Sauce, Cilantro Slaw, and tomato slices.
