- 1 frozen waffle
- 1/2 plum, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- Heat oven to 350° F. Place the frozen waffle on a baking sheet and arrange the plum slices on top. In a small bowl, mix the preserves with 1 teaspoon water; spoon over the plum slices.
