Ingredients

  1. Check 2 12- to 14ounce frozen pizzas
  2. Check 1teaspoon olive oil
  3. Check 4large eggs
  4. Check 1/4cup grated Pecorino (1 ounce)
  5. Check black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the pizzas according to the package directions. 
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, 3 to 4 minutes. Place on top of the cooked pizzas and sprinkle with the Pecorino and 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper.
