Ingredients
- 2 12- to 14-ounce frozen cheese pizzas
- 1/2 bunch arugula (about 2 cups)
- 6 slices prosciutto, torn in pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook the pizzas according to the package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place on top of the cooked pizzas.
