Pizza With Arugula and Prosciutto

Ingredients

12- to 14-ounce
frozen cheese pizzas
1/2 bunch
arugula (about 2 cups)
6 slices
prosciutto, torn in pieces

tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
fresh lemon juice
kosher salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the pizzas according to the package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place on top of the cooked pizzas.
