  • 2 pints pistachio ice cream
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled chocolate wafer cookies


  1. Dividing evenly among eight 4-ounce freezer-safe cups, layer the ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Sprinkle with the cookies. Freeze for up to 12 hours.

To soften hard ice cream for scooping, remove the lid and the liner (if there is one) from the carton, then microwave the ice cream on high (power level 10), stopping and checking every 10 seconds, until it reaches the desired consistency.
