Ingredients

  1. Check 4ounces grated Cheddar (1 cup)
  2. Check 1/2cup mayonnaise
  3. Check 4ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  4. Check 3tablespoons sliced jarred pimientos
  5. Check 2tablespoons grated onion
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  7. Check saltine crackers, for serving

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the Cheddar, mayonnaise, cream cheese, pimientos, and onion and puree until smooth. Season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with the saltines.
