Ingredients

  1. Check 1pound tomatoes (4 plum or 2 beefsteak), seeded and chopped
  2. Check 1 jalapeno (seeded for less heat, if desired), finely chopped
  3. Check 1/2 white onion, finely chopped
  4. Check 1/4cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  5. Check 1tablespoon fresh lime juice
  6. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
