Pesto Croutons

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (about 3 ounces) 3/4-inch stale bread cubes
  • 3 tablespoons store-bought pesto
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place the bread in a large bowl. Stir in the pesto, salt, and pepper and toss well to combine. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Use with Caesar Salad and Parmesan Croutons.
