Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2cup mayonnaise
  2. Check 1/2cup store-bought pesto
  3. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  4. Check 1 2- to 2 1/2-pound rotisserie chicken, meat chopped
  5. Check 6cups arugula

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pesto, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Toss with the chicken and serve over the greens.
