- 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- Yogurt and berries, for serving
- Heat oven to 300° F.
- Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Fold in the oats and peanuts. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake, tossing occasionally, until golden, 30 to 40 minutes; let cool.
- Serve with the yogurt and berries.
