Peanut Butter Granola

Heat oven to 300° F.

Combine the peanut butter, maple syrup, oil, and salt in a large bowl. Fold in the oats and peanuts. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.

Bake, tossing occasionally, until golden, 30 to 40 minutes; let cool.

Ingredients

  1. Check 1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  2. Check 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  3. Check 1/4 cup canola oil
  4. Check 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  5. Check 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  6. Check 1 cup roasted peanuts
  7. Check Yogurt and berries, for serving
