Peach Salsa Dog

Ingredients
- 2 peaches, chopped
- 1/2 to 1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns, split
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peaches, jalapeño, cilantro, and lemon juice; season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and black pepper. Let sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the hot dogs according to the package directions. Place one on each bun and, dividing evenly, top with the peach salsa.
