Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • scallion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve alongside grilled poultry, meat, or seafood.
