Ingredients

tablespoons
(1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4
cup
finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4
teaspoon
kosher salt

Directions

  1. Place the butter in a small bowl. Add the parsley and salt and mash with a wooden spoon until combined. Chill the butter until needed but let it come to room temperature before spreading.
