Heat oven to 350º F.On a baking sheet, toast the bread until lightly golden.Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan.Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Serve warm.

  1. Check 1 whole-wheat baguette, halved lengthwise
  2. Check 3 tablespoons olive oil
  3. Check 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions
