- 1 6-inch whole-wheat pita, split
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- pinch of dried oregano
- kosher salt
- Heat broiler.
- Brush the pita with the butter and sprinkle with the Parmesan, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Cut into triangles.
- Broil until golden, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
