Ingredients

  1. Check 1 6-inch whole-wheat pita, split
  2. Check 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
  3. Check 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  4. Check pinch of dried oregano
  5. Check kosher salt

Directions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Brush the pita with the butter and sprinkle with the Parmesan, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Cut into triangles.
  3. Broil until golden, 1 to 3 minutes. Serve warm.
