Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the paprika, mustard, garlic, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
