Ingredients

  1. Check 1tablespoon paprika
  2. Check 1teaspoon dry mustard
  3. Check 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, mustard, garlic, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Just before cooking, sprinkle your protein with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
