Ingredients

  1. Check 1 small white onion, peeled and quartered
  2. Check 1/4cup fresh mint leaves
  3. Check 2 ripe papayas, peeled, quartered, and seeded
  4. Check 2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  5. Check 1/4teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. Check 1/8teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Chop the onion and mint together finely with a mezzaluna.
  2. Add the papayas, in two batches, and chop.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and chop until well combined.
