Ingredients

  1. Check 1cup sugar
  2. Check 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for serving
  3. Check 6cups orange juice, chilled
  4. Check 4cups gin
  5. Check 5cups club soda, chilled

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, thyme, and 1 cup water. Boil, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves, 3 to 5 minutes; chill. Remove the thyme sprigs.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine the thyme syrup, orange juice, and gin; chill for up to 12 hours. Just before serving, add the club soda and additional thyme sprigs.
