Ingredients

  1. Check 2tablespoons honey mustard
  2. Check 4 thick slices crusty bread
  3. Check 3/4pound thinly sliced roasted turkey breast
  4. Check 2 nectarines, pitted and thinly sliced

  6. Check kosher salt and pepper
  7. Check 2 bunches arugula or one 5-ounce package
  8. Check 1/2 small sweet onion (such as Vidalia), thinly sliced
  9. Check 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Spread the honey mustard evenly over the bread.
  2. Top with the turkey, nectarine slices, and Brie. Season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the arugula, onion, oil, and ½ teaspoon salt. Serve with the sandwiches.
