  1. Check 1cup couscous
  2. Check 1/2cup chopped kalamata olives
  3. Check 1/2cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  4. Check 2tablespoons olive oil
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper


  1. Cook the couscous according to the package directions.
