Olive and Parsley Couscous

Ingredients

chopped kalamata olives

chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

olive oil
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook the couscous according to the package directions.
  2. Stir in the olives, parsley, oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
