  1. Place the scrubbed baby new potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  2. Drain and serve warm, sprinkled with kosher salt.
