Ingredients

head red leaf lettuce, torn

fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-size pieces

salami, chopped

small red onion, sliced

pitted green olives, halved

Directions

  1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the lettuce, mozzarella, salami, onion, and olives and toss to combine.
