Ingredients
- 1/2 cup store-bought pesto
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4 roasted red peppers, sliced
- 4 rolls, such as focaccia, halved
Directions
- Heat oven to 400° F. Make 4 sandwiches with the pesto, mozzarella, peppers, and rolls.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until the cheese melts, 5 to 7 minutes.
