Ingredients

store-bought pesto

ounces
fresh mozzarella, sliced

roasted red peppers, sliced
4
rolls, such as focaccia, halved

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Make 4 sandwiches with the pesto, mozzarella, peppers, and rolls.
  2. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until the cheese melts, 5 to 7 minutes.
