Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint
- 4 scallions, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- Stir in the mint and scallions.
