Directions

  1. Make hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Heat oven to 400º F.
  3. Slice the eggs crosswise and place 1 in each of the prebaked puff-pastry shells.
  4. Top with the fresh sage leaves and the fontina cheese.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts (about 5 minutes).
  6. Garnish each tiny quiche with crumbled bacon, if desired.
