Ingredients
- 10 Easy Meatballs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha or another hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 baguette, split
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro sprigs
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
Directions
- Cook the meatballs according to the recipe directions.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Spread on the baguette halves and top with the meatballs, carrot, cilantro, and radishes. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
