Ingredients

Easy Meatballs

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoon
Sriracha or another hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)

tablespoon
fresh lime juice
1
baguette, split
1
carrot, shredded
1/2
cup
fresh cilantro sprigs
2
radishes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook the meatballs according to the recipe directions.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Spread on the baguette halves and top with the meatballs, carrot, cilantro, and radishes. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
