Ingredients

  1. Check 10 Easy Meatballs
  2. Check 1/2cup mayonnaise
  3. Check 1tablespoon Sriracha or another hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
  4. Check 1tablespoon fresh lime juice
  5. Check 1 baguette, split
  6. Check 1 carrot, shredded
  7. Check 1/2cup fresh cilantro sprigs
  8. Check 2 radishes, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Cook the meatballs according to the recipe directions.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Spread on the baguette halves and top with the meatballs, carrot, cilantro, and radishes. Cut into 4 sandwiches.
