Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pint mango sorbet
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gingersnaps

Directions

  1. Dividing evenly among eight 4-ounce freezer-safe cups, layer the ice cream and sorbet, then sprinkle with the gingersnaps. Freeze for up to 12 hours.
