Lime Green Beans

Ingredients

pound
green beans, trimmed

tablespoon
fresh lime juice

tablespoon
olive oil
1
teaspoon
freshly grated ginger
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Boil the green beans until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Toss the beans with the fresh lime juice, olive oil, and ginger. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
