Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon zest, thyme, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 tablespoon pepper. Just before cooking, press the rub gently into 1½ to 2 pounds of steak to help it adhere.
