Ingredients
- 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- kosher salt and black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, oil, and lemon zest; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Slowly stir in ¼ cup warm water.
