Lemon-Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

tahini (sesame seed paste)

fresh lemon juice

olive oil

teaspoon
grated lemon zest
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, oil, and lemon zest; season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Slowly stir in ¼ cup warm water.
