Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
- kosher salt
- cracked black pepper
- ridged potato chips, for serving
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, pecorino, lemon zest, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ to 1 teaspoon cracked pepper. Serve with the potato chips.
