Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- kosher salt and black pepper
- beet chips or some other vegetable chips, for serving (optional)
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with chips, if desired.
