In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with chips, if desired.

  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check beet chips or some other vegetable chips, for serving (optional)
