Ingredients

plain low-fat Greek yogurt

tablespoons
prepared horseradish
1
teaspoon
grated lemon zest
kosher salt and black pepper
beet chips or some other vegetable chips, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with chips, if desired.
