Ingredients

  1. Check 1cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  2. Check 2tablespoons prepared horseradish
  3. Check 1teaspoon grated lemon zest
  4. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  5. Check beet chips or some other vegetable chips, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with chips, if desired.
