Ingredients

  1. Check 5tablespoons mayonnaise
  2. Check 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  3. Check 1 1/2teaspoons Dijon mustard
  4. Check 1/2 lemon, grated zest and juice
  5. Check kosher salt and black pepper
  6. Check 1 2- to 2 1/2-pound rotisserie chicken, meat shredded
  7. Check 1/3cup chopped celery
  8. Check 1bunch fresh tarragon leaves

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, shallot, mustard, lemon zest and juice, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Stir in the chicken and celery. Sprinkle with the tarragon.
