Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450° F. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the broccoli with 2 tablespoons of the oil and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Roast, tossing once, until tender, 15 to 17 minutes. Add the Feta and parsley and toss to combine.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the lamb with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Working in 2 batches, cook 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve with the broccoli and lemon wedges.
