Jalapeño-Cheese Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapenos
- 4 8-inch flour tortillas
Directions
- Heat broiler. Form 2 quesadillas by sandwiching the Cheddar and jalapeños between the 4 tortillas.
- Broil until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are crisp, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Cut into wedges.
