large bagel chips (preferably “everything” flavor)

hummus
1/4
English cucumber, thinly sliced

olive oil
kosher salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Dividing evenly, top the bagel chips with the hummus and cucumber. Drizzle with the oil and season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
