Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • slices of bread
  • 2 ounces Gruyere cheese
  • butter for the skillet

Directions

  1. Spread the Dijon on 1 slice of bread. Place sliced Gruyère on top and sandwich with another slice of bread. Cook in a skillet with butter.
