Hot Cocoa Ice Cream Soda

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa mix
  • 3/4 cup, plus 1 tablespoon club soda
  • 2 scoops ice cream
  • sugar as needed

Directions

  1. Place the cocoa mix in a tall glass. Add 1 tablespoon of the club soda and stir until smooth. Pour in the rest of the soda. Taste and add sugar, if desired. Top with 2 scoops ice cream.
