  • 3 teaspoons confectioner's sugar
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons hot water
  • store-bought cookies

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate powder, confectioner's sugar, and hot water in a small bowl. Stir until smooth. Sandwich between store-bought cookies.
