- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Place the butter in a small bowl. Add the horseradish and salt and mash with a wooden spoon to combine. Chill the butter until needed, but allow it to come to room temperature before spreading.
